I’m never eating sunflower seeds again

Ok so I’m eating so sunflower seeds..they were amazing nice and salty and what not….so again I’m just popping them in my mouth and I crack one open(in my mouth) and I feel something that doesn’t feel right so I spit it out and there is a fuckin dead maggot looking thing that was baked into my gosh darn sunflower seed I nearly lost my mind.i share this experience not to gross u out but to be cautious while devouring sunflower seeds…who knew smh
